Smooth! One thing I noticed though is that M glides away and back; it looks a bit weird. Otherwise this is good :)

That was intentional, but I guess I could have done something else, but I wanted it to be like that, but I didn't mean for it to be weird (besides, I don't think it looks that weird; I think it looks kind of cool in fact, but so be it).

[PICO'S INITIATION (flash warning)]

The animation is good. It's just that it feels a bit confusing and repetitive because in the beginning the environment changes many times very suddenly and the animations repeat a lot. For example Pico could've walked into the alley instead of turning his head around all the time to make it less repetitive and more interesting. I do like the Gigi D'Agostino reference though and that this loops in an interesting way.

thanks for the feedback , the repitition kinda happens because i have no idea what else i could have put there as i storyboarded it on a whim so i guess its kinda an animation meme-ish style video now lol.

[The Mechanical Man - Part 1]

The animation is very linear, the textures on the enviroment are bad except for the inside of the house. The story however is interesting and the sound design sounds decent for me. The character design is alright, but they have very big eyes. Keep improving :)
