Thanks! And the fact that I can still hear that something is off here and there, despite being overall quite happy for the attempt, feels nice. Maybe I'll analyse it further and try to figure out how to improve certain parts.

I think this is a great blend between chiptune, electronic music, and amazing melodies. Incredible!

I almost sung over this track with some written lyrics about wanting my gameboy back, but I decided against it and kept it true to source as best I could. Big ups buddy. :)

I'm not sure how to describe it but it sounds like a midi file, which does have a charm. The song is pretty nice to listen to, and one thing that caught my attention was the trancy pad with it's catchy pattern. I think the weakest part of the song is the kick, which doesn't sound very impactful and I think it has unnecessary reverb. I'm guessing you used kicker in lmms? Another thing I think that could be improved in this track is the clarity, because some sounds (like the kick) get somewhat drowned out by other sounds in the chrous. It's a charming song otherwise though :)

Thanks for the review! That’s as loud as I could get the kick, unfortunately, that’s the punchiest one I have without maxing out the levels. It’s sounds like a midi file because it is, I’m broke and that’s the music making program I have lol.

The song doesn't change much from start to finnish, but it's pretty ok otherwise. All instruments fit in together, and I like that plucky synth.
